Business Development Executive, Trust

About the role

The client, a well‑established trust and fiduciary firm, is looking for a Business Development Executive to join its growing team in Geneva. The role focuses on expanding commercial activities across Trust, Fiduciary and Multi‑Family Office services while strengthening relationships with high‑net‑worth and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen existing client relationships and act as the trusted point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline aligned with strategic objectives.
• Represent the firm in the global market, networking with key participants and promoting brand positioning.
• Conduct strategic market analysis and design business‑development initiatives both locally and internationally.
• Work autonomously, coordinate with internal stakeholders and take full ownership of commercial targets, reporting and responsibilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in trust, fiduciary, accountancy or legal sectors.
• Deep understanding of trust structures, fiduciary arrangements and Multi‑Family Office services.
• Proven business‑development capability with a strong network of high‑net‑worth and institutional contacts.
• Demonstrated relationship‑management skills and ability to nurture long‑term client partnerships.
• Familiarity with global financial ecosystems and ability to position the firm effectively in international markets.
