About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate the commercial growth of an AI‑powered platform that helps game developers build, debug, and scale their projects. The role is fully remote and offers high autonomy, allowing you to shape go‑to‑market strategies and forge strategic partnerships with mid‑sized and large game studios.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with game studios to drive long‑term growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead outbound sales and partnership initiatives.
  • Manage the full business development lifecycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Represent the product at client meetings, sales calls, networking events, and industry discussions.
  • Collaborate with founders and product teams to refine positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to support product evolution and strategic decisions.

Required profile

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnership roles within the gaming industry.
  • Strong network and established relationships with mid‑sized and large game studios.
  • Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and decision‑makers.
  • Solid understanding of game development pipelines, production challenges, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluency in English.
