Staff Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for high‑impact technical positions across international markets. Based in Switzerland and operating in a remote‑first environment, you will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for engineering, machine‑learning and other specialized technical roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, manage communication and ensure smooth processes across multiple time zones.
• Design scalable recruiting processes, enhance employer branding and implement recruiting tools.
• Use recruitment metrics and feedback to continuously improve hiring performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor and cultural ambassador, identifying candidates aligned with company values.
• Partner with the People team on broader talent initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in fast‑growing tech or startup environments.
• Proven success hiring highly specialized technical talent (engineering, machine learning, etc.).
• Strong experience managing full‑cycle recruitment and strategic hiring decisions.
• Ability to build scalable recruiting systems and leverage AI‑powered sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries within remote, international organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use recruitment data to drive improvements.
