Chief Concierge - Opening Season

About the role

The Park Gstaad, a Four Seasons Hotel, is looking for a Chief Concierge to lead its Concierge and Guest Services operation. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will oversee all concierge services and build strong local partnerships, helping position the hotel as a leading luxury alpine resort. The role is part of the planned opening of the hotel, with a start date in February/March 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire the Concierge and Guest Services team.
• Oversee guest itineraries, activity bookings, restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements and special requests.
• Provide expert destination knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, owner stays, long-stay guests and special celebrations.
• Build relationships with restaurants, guides, transport providers, luxury retailers and local tourism partners.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, Food & Beverage and other departments.
• Drive guest recognition, service recovery and continuous improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and operational planning.
• Recruit, train and coach team members, and support opening and seasonal readiness activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in concierge operations in a luxury hotel, resort or comparable setting.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field preferred.
• Fluent English and German and/or French required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship, or a valid Swiss work authorization, is required under Swiss employment regulations.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Les Clefs d'Or membership or equivalent professional recognition is advantageous.
