Chief Digital Business Officer

About the role

The company, a Swiss‑based leader in inspection technology and sensor‑based intelligence, is seeking a Chief Digital Business Officer to join its Management Board. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive the commercial and digital growth strategy across global markets, aligning hardware, software and data services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital business roadmap, integrating sensing technologies, workflow software and AI‑driven analytics.
• Lead strategic business development, including solution‑led engagements with key customers, partners and ecosystem players.
• Shape product road‑maps by translating market insights and customer feedback into clear requirements for R&D.
• Oversee revenue targets, market expansion goals and the transition toward recurring‑revenue, data‑centric business models.
• Advise the CEO and senior leadership on market trends, competitive pressures and strategic opportunities.
• Represent the company internationally, fostering relationships with asset owners, engineering firms and inspection service providers.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital transformation, commercial strategy or business development within industrial, construction or sensor‑technology sectors.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence on a global scale.
• Ability to bridge technology and commercial functions, influencing product direction and customer outcomes.
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to be based at the Swiss headquarters while travelling internationally as required.
