About the role
Ricoh is seeking a senior Client Acquisition Director to lead new‑business development across France and French‑speaking Switzerland. The role focuses on winning large, strategic enterprise accounts—including Fortune 500 companies—and expanding Ricoh’s market share through high‑value contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and secure global enterprise accounts with contract values of $10 M +.
- Design and execute account acquisition strategies aligned with customers’ digital transformation goals.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with C‑suite stakeholders such as IT, Finance, Operations, Procurement and Corporate Real Estate.
- Sell integrated solutions across Managed Print Services, Workplace Experience and Business Process Automation.
- Lead virtual, cross‑functional teams—including Business Development, Solution Architects and regional sales—to ensure seamless pursuit execution.
- Negotiate complex, multi‑region contracts with procurement and legal teams.
- Provide market insights, thought leadership and regular progress updates to senior internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably with Fortune 500 accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to engage C‑suite executives and influence strategic technology decisions.
- Strong track record of closing high‑value, multi‑year contracts.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate market trends into actionable sales strategies.
