Co-Founder & Business Developer (0–60% Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a co‑founder who will drive business development and ecosystem building for our fintech startup. The position is part‑time (0–60%) until an investor joins, expected in August 2026, and can be combined with your current situation in Basel‑Land.

Key responsibilities

• Represent FMNAG at Swiss and international fintech events, creating relationships with investors, partners and ecosystem players.
• Prepare and update investor materials, business plan (2022‑2026) and support go‑to‑market strategy.
• Strengthen ties with sales partners, strategic partners and the broader fintech community.
• Assist the design and communication team to make marketing materials more visual and accessible.
• Collaborate closely with founders, event manager and technical teams.

Required profile

• Several years of business experience, preferably in budget‑managed roles.
• Interest in financial markets or highly regulated industries.
• Commitment to company values, transparent communication and a long‑term mindset.
• Fluency in German, English, French or Spanish.
• Willingness to grow into a leadership position and shape processes, structures and culture.

Required skills

• Experience with close.com or Zoho CRM.
• Knowledge of outreach‑automation and sales‑funnel or go‑to‑market processes.
• Ability to learn and use automation tools such as Make, n8n and Python.
