About the role
The Commis de Rang at Izumi, the signature restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva, supports the dining room team by ensuring seamless service delivery. This on‑site position combines physical agility with a polished appearance to uphold the luxury standards of the Four Seasons brand.
Key responsibilities
- Supply tables with food, beverages, and service items while remaining visible to guests.
- Set and clear tables according to Four Seasons service standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including arranging linens, porcelain, silverware, and glassware.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout the shift.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Wear the prescribed uniform daily and uphold the hotel's image of elegance and refinement.
Required profile
- Physical stamina to handle service tasks efficiently.
- Professional demeanor with attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
- Strong sense of hospitality, empathy, and refined presentation.
