About the role

Join the innovative Crazy Pizza restaurant within the Kempinski resort in St. Moritz for the winter 2026/2027 season. As a Commis de Rang you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience that blends Italian tradition with 5‑star service.

Key responsibilities

• Advise guests on à la carte food and beverage selections.
• Welcome guests, manage seating, and maintain a courteous presence.
• Perform daily mise en place, office tasks and restaurant cleaning.
• Uphold internal hotel standards and hygiene regulations.
• Handle cashier duties using the Micros POS system.

Required profile

• Completed training in a comparable hotel environment.
• Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
• Resilient, tidy, with a strong awareness of quality.
• Structured, organized and team‑oriented.
• Excellent English and Italian; basic German is a plus.
