Communications Manager - Social Media & Digital Campaigns

About the role

Nestlé is looking for a Communications Manager - Social Media & Digital Campaigns based in Vevey, Switzerland. The role leads the global corporate social media channels and digital campaigns, turning corporate priorities and reputation objectives into audience engagement and measurable outcomes. It works across content, corporate affairs units, markets, analytics, agencies and platform partners, on a full-time, on-site basis under a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and implement global channel, audience and content distribution strategies that strengthen engagement across Nestlé's corporate social media presence.
• Lead integrated digital campaigns and paid media activation that advance corporate priorities and reputation objectives.
• Optimise platform, search and campaign performance through audience insights, experimentation and a clear measurement framework, including KPIs and reporting standards.
• Build scalable governance, guidance and toolkits that enable consistent campaign activation across regions and markets.
• Strengthen community management and issue response through clear standards, timely escalation and audience-focused communication.
• Develop a high-performing team and grow digital communication capability across the Corporate Affairs network.

Required profile

• Substantial experience leading global social media and multi-market digital campaigns and channels.
• Deep expertise in paid media strategy, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Ability to turn performance, audience and social listening data into clear decisions.
• Experience collaborating and influencing across complex global organisations while leading teams, agencies and partner relationships.
• Fluent English.
