Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Nestlé Zone Asia, Oceania and Africa is looking for a Marketing Coordinator in Bergère, Vevey, Switzerland. The role coordinates marketing activities and executive administration to support effective business delivery, working closely with Sales, Marketing, senior leaders, markets, agencies and suppliers. It is an office-based, full-time position on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive support by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel and priorities
• Prepare internal Sales and Marketing communications, keeping presentations and materials in a structured, accessible repository
• Coordinate cycle connects, events, workshops, training sessions and virtual meetings
• Maintain marketing operations and project governance, including activity plans and milestone delivery
• Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoices and expenses accurately
• Promote digital and IT tools and turn feedback into efficiency gains

Required profile

• Strong coordination skills across executive support, marketing activities, events, travel and multiple deadlines
• Sound judgement, discretion and attention to detail with confidential information and changing priorities
• Fluent English and diplomatic collaboration with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams and external partners across cultures

Required skills

• Confident use of Microsoft 365 and digital tools
• Basic familiarity with social media posting and video editing is an advantage
