Communications Specialist

About the role

The Communications Specialist develops and delivers high-quality corporate communications content for multiple stakeholders across internal and external channels, ensuring alignment with the organization’s narrative and editorial standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communication materials across owned and shared channels, adapting content to each channel’s requirements.
• Support leadership, stakeholder and media communications through drafting, coordination and preparation of materials.
• Manage communication projects from brief to delivery, handling timelines, stakeholder reviews, approvals and performance follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on messaging, structure and narrative alignment.
• Coordinate external suppliers when needed, briefing and overseeing delivery of communication outputs.

Required profile

• 7‑9+ years of experience in corporate, internal or external communications, PR or media relations.
• Proven ability to write and edit communications for diverse audiences and channels.
• Experience coordinating communication projects with multiple stakeholders and approval cycles.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

• Development of communication toolkits, templates and briefing materials.
