Compliance Assistant – Investigations (Temporary)

About the role
Swissquote is seeking a temporary Compliance Assistant to join its Investigations Team until 30 December 2026. The role supports AML/CTF reviews, enhanced due diligence and provides compliance advice to the front office.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct AML/CTF reviews of private, corporate and institutional clients, including external asset managers and introducing brokers.
- Perform enhanced due‑diligence analyses, draft formal compliance assessments and manage multiple complex cases.
- Provide support and advice to front‑office teams and senior management.
- Assist the team manager with second‑level reviews, policy updates and optimisation of internal processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, International Relations, Political Science or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of financial‑services compliance experience, with solid knowledge of the Swiss legal framework.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Analytical, methodological and able to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting.
