Conseiller/ère de vente Remote Sales (bilingue FR/DE)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑German Remote Sales Advisor to join KPT, one of Switzerland’s largest health insurers. You will prospect private clients, provide tailored insurance advice and close sales through phone and video calls.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect private clients by telephone and videoconference, focusing on word‑of‑mouth referrals.
• Qualify leads digitally, schedule online advisory appointments and conduct structured follow‑ups.
• Deliver personalized insurance advice via phone, online chat or video, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Organise daily sales activities independently and meet all sales targets reliably.
• Participate in sales promotion initiatives and support the success of the remote sales team.

Required profile

• Strong passion for sales, excellent negotiation skills and resilience to high call volumes.
• Completed professional training and comfort with digital advisory tools and modern sales channels.
• Experience in the insurance sector or in a call‑center sales environment.
• Completed or willingness to undertake AFA training.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and German (mandatory).
