Customer Care Representative (French & English)

About the role

As a Customer Care Representative you will be the central link between customers, operations and sales, ensuring that client requirements are met efficiently and cost‑effectively. You will report to the Customer Care Manager and work from Givaudan’s Vernier site, contributing to the company’s global customer care strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and follow global Customer Care guidelines while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Provide support for assigned customers, handle order changes, complaints and inquiries, and coordinate escalations.
• Prepare debit/credit notes, process quality notifications and manage customer returns.
• Collect and enter customer forecasts, collaborate with planning on demand and stock, and participate in demand‑planning meetings.
• Maintain accurate customer records, including contracts, labeling, packaging and stock requirements.

Required profile

• University degree (beneficial) and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP (demand‑to‑cash) and basic inventory‑management concepts.
• Understanding of Incoterms and shipping terminology.
• Strong customer‑relationship management and ability to resolve difficult situations.
