Consultant - Product Development

About the role

As a Consultant in McKinsey’s two‑year Operations Excellence Program, you will join client teams to drive product‑development initiatives and operational improvements. You will work across industries, applying structured problem‑solving methods to help organisations achieve excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders to identify performance gaps and formulate hypotheses.
• Design, execute and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations and present them to decision‑makers.
• Participate in multiple client engagements, gaining exposure to diverse sectors and operational challenges.
• Continuously develop consulting and operations expertise through on‑the‑job coaching and formal training.
