Social Media Manager

About the role

Air Apps is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and execute innovative social media strategies that boost brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive growth in followers, engagement, and conversions. This fully onsite position is based at the Lisbon office, with relocation support available.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, and short-form videos, aligned with the brand voice.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive online community.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to refine campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality content.
• Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns and online communities for brands.
• Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of brand voice.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data‑driven insight generation.
