Corporate Affairs & Communication EMEA Intern

About the role

Join the EMEA Corporate Affairs & Communications team at VF to gain hands‑on experience in internal and external communications, supporting executive messaging, media relations and storytelling across a global apparel, footwear and equipment company.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of internal communication campaigns such as town halls, leadership engagements and associate initiatives.
• Create content for intranet articles, newsletters, presentations, executive messages and digital channels.
• Monitor media, track news and report trends relevant to VF, its brands and competitors.
• Coordinate communication calendars and project plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with LinkedIn content creation and community management for employer branding.
• Help plan logistics and communications for leadership visits, associate events and corporate activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations measuring communication impact.
• Contribute to special projects across Corporate Affairs & Communications as needed.

Required profile

• Keen interest in corporate communications, public relations, media, journalism or marketing.
• Strong storytelling ability to translate complex topics into clear content.
• Curiosity about business, brands, consumer trends and corporate reputation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and collaborate across functions.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication; additional European languages a plus.
