eCommerce Internship – Digital Marketplace

About the role

Join the Digital Marketplace Team at The North Face as an eCommerce Intern, working across direct eCommerce and marketplace channels. You will rotate through multiple functions to gain broad experience in content creation, merchandising, digital marketing, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard seasonal ranges on marketplaces such as Zalando, JD Sports and ASOS.
• Review product descriptions, support seasonal onboarding and translation processes.
• Manage product listing pages and internal search results to ensure product availability.
• Assist digital marketing activities, including budget management and email calendar coordination.
• Evaluate user journeys and checkout processes to identify pain points.
• Support the resale program by handling product intake, categorisation and stakeholder coordination.

Required profile

• Graduating after 1 Nov 2026 or holding student status on 1 Feb 2027.
• EU or EEA citizenship.
• Interest in retail and outdoor experiences.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and consumer‑focused mindset.
• Fluent English; additional languages (German, Italian) are a plus.

Required skills

• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
