Creative Designer – Brand & Visual Design

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Creative Designer to shape its brand identity and produce engaging visual assets across digital and print channels. Based in Lisbon, you will work closely with Marketing, Product and Content teams to deliver compelling designs that support the company’s AI‑powered resource planning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with Air Apps’ brand guidelines.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics and layouts for web, social media, email campaigns, landing pages and print materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics.
• Conduct design quality assurance and ensure high‑quality output across all channels.
• Produce assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma in multiple formats.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing, social media and web.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of typography, color theory and layout principles.
