Creative Designer & Strategist

About the role

CreativeAnswer is seeking a Creative Designer & Strategist who can blend conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and hands‑on execution. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of design and strategy, helping international B2B and B2C clients bring complex briefs to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts for campaigns, videos, visual assets, branded content and marketing materials.
• Translate detailed client briefs into clear, compelling visual ideas.
• Participate in both ideation workshops and the production of final assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality outputs that meet brand standards.
• Produce creative materials in English for a global audience.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in design, advertising, art direction or related creative fields.
• Strong creative thinking with a modern, premium aesthetic suitable for tech, luxury and enterprise brands.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Fluent or highly advanced English and a detail‑oriented, organized work style.
