About the role

The Customer Service Associate will handle enquiries from customers and distributors, processing orders, quotations, and service requests while ensuring high satisfaction levels. This 9‑month contract position requires native German proficiency and fluency in English.

Key responsibilities

Answer phone calls and emails, understand customer needs, and provide timely support.
Enter and verify sales orders in SAP, process requests in CRM, and track service issues.
Log complaints, coordinate with Regulatory, and follow up on RMAs, exchanges, and open orders.
Maintain accurate customer data and generate ad‑hoc reports as needed.

Required profile

1‑2 years of professional experience in a similar customer‑service or call‑center role.
Native German speaker with fluent English; French is a strong plus.
Detail‑oriented, good time‑management, and strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

SAP (ERP) – a plus.
CRM systems for order and service tracking.
Microsoft Office suite.
