DevOps Engineer – Java/Spring Boot

About the role

Fincons Group is looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in deploying and configuring Java/Spring Boot applications for a banking project in its Lugano office. You will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery of micro‑services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Java/Spring Boot web applications.
• Manage runtime environments for micro‑services in containerised or virtualised platforms.
• Monitor application performance and health using Prometheus, Grafana and related observability tools.
• Troubleshoot deployment and runtime issues across development, staging and production.
• Collaborate with development teams to align integration needs and ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5 years of professional DevOps experience with hands‑on CI/CD, automation and deployment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
