Digital Content Coordinator (Product Photography)

About the role

The North Face EMEA is seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to join its Direct‑to‑Consumer team in Stabio, Switzerland. You will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end product photography workflow that powers our global eCommerce and marketplace channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute product photography shoots, from shot‑list creation to final delivery.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, creative teams and external studios to ensure brand‑consistent, high‑quality imagery.
• Maintain a product‑first mindset, aligning visual assets with merchandising priorities and seasonal assortments.
• Manage studio schedules, model bookings, contracts and styling logistics.
• Oversee asset management, ensuring technical specifications meet platform requirements for global distribution.
• Track production timelines, improve workflows and introduce AI‑driven efficiencies where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Photography, Fashion Management or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in content production or product photography coordination.
• Highly organized, detail‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong understanding of photography production processes and a proactive attitude toward workflow optimisation.
