Digital Marketing Manager – Europe

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead Dickies Europe’s digital strategy, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all online touchpoints while driving brand awareness and business growth. Working closely with Design, E‑commerce, Sales and external partners, you will own customer acquisition, conversion, retention and overall digital performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Europe‑wide digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead paid media planning and execution on Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms, balancing brand‑building and performance goals.
• Define and manage CRM and email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation flows and loyalty programmes.
• Drive e‑commerce growth through performance marketing, affiliate programmes and conversion optimisation.
• Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of all digital channels, providing actionable insights.
• Coordinate agencies and partners, managing budgets and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
• Align digital initiatives with commercial goals and brand strategy, identifying new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, CRM or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
• Experience working with Shopify‑based e‑commerce environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with design, sales and product teams.
