Trade Marketing Lead – Europe

About the role

The Trade Marketing Lead will drive Dickies’ Go‑to‑Market strategy across Europe, ensuring strong execution across wholesale, retail and partner networks. The role translates brand and commercial priorities into market activations that support both sell‑in and sell‑out performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of seasonal Go‑to‑Market plans across Europe, aligning marketing, sales and commercial priorities.
• Support agents and key wholesale partners with product launches, activations and commercial initiatives.
• Develop and execute retail and in‑store activations to strengthen brand visibility and enhance consumer experience.
• Act as the main marketing contact for agents and partners, ensuring smooth daily coordination and strong execution.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of trade marketing tools, POS materials and partner‑specific assets.
• Collaborate with Brand teams to ensure consistency between campaigns, activations and digital initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse the impact of trade marketing activities on sell‑in, sell‑out and partner performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and executing Go‑to‑Market strategies.
• Ability to work closely with sales, agents and key accounts.
• Strong coordination skills with wholesale and retail partners.
• Analytical mindset to track performance and optimise initiatives.
