IAM Architect – Cybersecurity & Transformation

About the role

Join PwC's fast‑growing Cyber Technology & Transformation team as an IAM Architect. You will lead the design, implementation and governance of enterprise‑wide Identity and Access Management solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring secure, scalable and compliant identity services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement IAM architecture strategies aligned with business and security objectives.
• Design scalable solutions for authentication, authorization, CIAM, PAM and identity lifecycle management.
• Serve as the technical authority for platforms such as Azure AD, ADFS, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk and ForgeRock.
• Lead integration of legacy and modern identity providers into unified frameworks.
• Provide architectural guidelines for APIs, SSO and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Conduct performance, availability and security reviews of IAM systems.
• Support clients in meeting regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA) and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IAM architecture and implementation.
• Proven track record delivering IAM solutions in cloud and on‑premises environments.
