Director of Communications – Europe

About the role

The Director, Communications, Europe will shape and execute an integrated regional communications strategy that supports BeOne Medicines’ strategic ambition, strengthens corporate reputation, and aligns with commercial priorities across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional communication strategies aligned with corporate priorities, within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Lead corporate reputation initiatives, including executive visibility, thought leadership, and media engagement.
• Partner with product teams to drive branded and unbranded communications across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Patient Advocacy, Policy, and Government Affairs teams to amplify shared priorities.
• Coordinate with country Corporate Affairs teams to ensure message consistency and strengthen affiliate capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of communications/PR experience in life sciences.
• Proven success leading multi‑market communications strategies at regional or international level.
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
