Documentation Engineer – IT Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Documentation Engineer to lead the creation, structuring, and quality assurance of technical project documentation within a fast‑moving, technology‑focused environment. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex technical information into clear, reliable, and well‑organized documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and ensure the quality of technical and operational documentation.
• Design, standardise, and continuously improve documentation templates and processes.
• Manage documentation tools and implement documentation‑as‑code workflows.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to clarify complex content.
• Support projects through meeting coordination, reporting, and documentation tasks.

Required profile

• Background in technical writing, IT, business administration or a related field.
• Experience documenting complex systems.
• Strong structuring, writing and quality‑assurance abilities.
• Fluent German; English and/or French a plus.
