E-commerce Merchandising Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an E‑commerce Merchandising Specialist to join our digital team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online product assortment, ensuring a premium user experience that aligns with our luxury brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the online catalogue, ensuring product data, categories and attributes are accurate.
• Support visual merchandising by arranging products on listing pages, landing pages and navigation menus.
• Monitor commercial performance using KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, sell‑through and stock coverage.
• Analyse sales and user‑behavior data to identify optimisation opportunities for assortment and the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, CRM, Marketing and Content teams on launches, collection highlights and storytelling.
• Ensure high‑quality online product content, including images, descriptions and cross‑selling elements.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce or digital merchandising, preferably in fashion, luxury or premium sectors.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce KPIs and performance metrics.
• Excellent command of English.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work cross‑functionally.
