Endpoint Engineer

About the role

The Endpoint Engineer is a core member of the Endpoint Administration & Protection team, responsible for managing, securing and maintaining corporate endpoints across Swissquote. The role focuses on macOS, iOS, iPadOS and Android devices while complementing existing Windows expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain device management using Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment and Android Enterprise.
• Develop and enforce compliance policies, configuration profiles and Conditional Access integration across all platforms.
• Own the operational health of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint on Windows, macOS and mobile devices.
• Package, test and deploy applications via Intune for both Windows and macOS environments.
• Monitor service health, investigate root causes and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, modern workplace management or related roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management for macOS, iOS, iPadOS and Android.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex device‑management issues and communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
