Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Ideals is expanding its Virtual Data Room line in Zurich and seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in the corporate segment. You will sell directly to large enterprises across multiple industries, managing complex sales cycles and building strategic relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of new strategic enterprise accounts (new logos).
• Conduct solution‑based sales engagements, including executive presentations and product demos (both face‑to‑face and virtual).
• Maintain white‑space analysis and execute upsell and cross‑sell initiatives within existing customers.
• Develop business cases that quantify cost of inaction and address customer ROI.
• Structure, negotiate, and close complex deals, guiding clients through procurement, security, and legal processes.
• Orchestrate multi‑threading strategies to engage C‑suite executives and key stakeholders.
• Track sales activities in CRM with accurate forecasting.
• Provide customer feedback to product, and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Inbound Sales.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of quota‑carrying B2B sales success.
• Proven experience managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to sell to C‑level executives and multi‑thread within large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Native‑level German and C1 English proficiency.
