Enterprise AI Transformation Lead

About the role

ABB Robotics is looking for an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to define and drive the company’s AI strategy across the organization. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with business lines and functions to turn AI concepts into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously evolve the enterprise AI roadmap, aligning investments with business strategy and transformation objectives.
• Identify, prioritize and scale high‑impact AI opportunities that accelerate growth, increase productivity and improve customer value.
• Partner with business units to move AI use cases from pilot to enterprise‑wide implementation and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Establish AI governance, prioritisation and decision‑making frameworks to reduce fragmentation across initiatives.
• Monitor external AI developments and translate them into practical opportunities for ABB Robotics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in AI strategy, digital transformation or enterprise transformation within complex organisations.
• Proven track record of turning emerging technologies into scalable business initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent strategic, analytical and commercial acumen with strong stakeholder management skills.
