About the role
ABB is looking for an IS Functional Analyst to support ongoing operations and new software development across its Swiss divisions. The role is hybrid, requiring at least 60% on‑site presence.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into user stories and specifications for local or global development teams.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for IS applications, supporting incidents, enhancements, and user acceptance testing.
- Manage a specific IS application for industrial standards, including budget responsibility and service procurement.
Required profile
- Higher education degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent.
- Fluent English and good German skills.
- Experience as an IS Functional Analyst or Business Analyst in an international environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Software Development Lifecycle knowledge.
- Scrum or general Agile methodology.
- Design Thinking concepts.
