About the role
We are looking for a Europe Client Relationship Manager to drive high‑value sales of exceptional timepieces for a prestigious watchmaking Maison. Based at our Manufacture in Plan‑les‑Ouates, you will manage a portfolio of very important clients (VIC/VVIC) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, delivering a bespoke hospitality experience across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualitative, high‑value sales by developing and nurturing a VIC/VVIC client portfolio.
- Recruit new ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients and refer prospects to local boutiques.
- Collaborate with boutique managers and European markets to ensure seamless service before, during, and after sales.
- Manage client complaints and provide tailored solutions.
- Support hospitality plans, host clients at the Manufacture, and coordinate events, dinners, and activations.
- Share post‑event analyses and reports with market teams for follow‑up.
- Act as brand ambassador at local, regional, and international events.
- Contribute to daily operations of the Manufacture Salon‑Boutique, including invoicing, shipping, after‑sales service, and inventory management in line with Maison and Richemont guidelines.
- Define yearly action plans to recruit new clients and expand the client base.
Required profile
- Proven experience in luxury sales or client relationship management, preferably within the watchmaking or high‑end goods sector.
- Strong network of high‑net‑worth individuals across Europe.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe and host clients at the Manufacture in Geneva.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with headquarters, boutiques, and hospitality teams.
- Proactive, ambassadorial mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
