About the role
Join Siemens Buildings as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, supporting the leader of a fast‑growing Smart Infrastructure division. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, ensuring seamless coordination of the CEO’s agenda, meetings, and travel.
Key responsibilities
- Provide proactive high‑level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, meetings, and priorities with structure and transparency.
- Organise leadership meetings, workshops, customer visits and off‑site events, handling logistics and follow‑up actions.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, pre‑reads and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including all related arrangements.
- Maintain reliable information flow across key stakeholders in close collaboration with the CEO Office.
- Handle confidential correspondence in German and English.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes within the CEO Office.
Required profile
- Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or supporting C‑level executives in an international setting.
- Strong organisational, coordination and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
- High professionalism, discretion and service orientation.
- Ability to work independently, proactively and manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Proficient use of modern digital tools, especially the MS365 suite.
- Experience with MS365 Copilot or similar AI‑enhanced productivity features.
