Executive Clinical Program Leader – Translational Oncology

About the role

The Executive Clinical Program Leader provides strategic medical and scientific leadership for multiple experimental oncology agents, guiding projects from early target identification through later‑stage development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clinical strategy and provide senior input for studies and preclinical projects.
• Represent Translational Clinical Oncology programs at internal governance boards.
• Review protocols, investigator brochures and regulatory submissions.
• Contribute scientific expertise to business development, licensing and portfolio reviews.
• Oversee external collaborations, partnerships and engage with investigators and health authorities.
• Mentor colleagues and ensure ethical, GCP‑compliant conduct of trials.

Required profile

• MD required; MD/PhD preferred; board‑certified in Hematology‑Oncology.
• 7+ years leading global early‑phase hematology‑oncology programs in pharma/biotech.
• Strong translational oncology and clinical research experience with published scientific contributions.
• Excellent communication, leadership and talent‑development capabilities.
