Executive Housekeeper (French & English) - Geneva

About the role

A private household with locations in Geneva and Gstaad is looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper fluent in French and English. The role covers home organization, staff management and personal assistance, and starts quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the residence organized and maintain the house, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas to an impeccable standard
• Handle formal service during private receptions
• Oversee the maintenance team and monitor each employee's daily work
• Organize the wardrobe, including clothes and dresses
• Liaise with the family's main office and pack and unpack luggage with the help of on-duty staff
• Work with the personal shopper and assistants

Required profile

• Strong experience managing household staff and valet services
• Rigorous, discreet, trustworthy and structured personality
• Flexible and willing to travel, including 3 months in Gstaad
• Previous experience as a Governess and staff management

Required skills

• Bilingual French and English
• Computer literate, familiar with basic software
