Finance, Accounting and HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance, Accounting and HR Manager to join the corporate support team of an international company based in Vaud. The role is permanent and involves overseeing finance, accounting and human‑resources processes while acting as a business partner to management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead core finance and accounting functions including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow monitoring and performance analysis.
• Manage HR and payroll processes such as employee administration, lifecycle management, compliance and internal coordination.
• Provide business partnership to management teams, supporting decision‑making, operational alignment and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure robust internal controls, coordinate audits, oversee tax compliance and adhere to Swiss regulations.
• Develop and support team members and contribute to the enhancement of systems, tools and organisational procedures.

Required profile

• Significant experience in finance and accounting management, preferably with exposure to HR or payroll responsibilities.
• Proven ability to work in an international, structured environment with financial reporting, audits and internal controls.
• Strong organisational skills, reliability and the capacity to manage priorities while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with financial tools and reporting software.
