Finance Analyst - EU

About the role

A recruiter representing a Swiss-based digital assets business is looking for a Finance Analyst to report directly to the Group COO. The role covers the invoice-to-ledger process, treasury support, monthly management reporting and financial controls in a regulated environment. It suits someone who wants ownership and broad exposure to the financial operations of a growing business, with flexible working from 60% to 100% FTE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, invoice processing, payments and bank reconciliations
• Support treasury operations, cash flow forecasting and liquidity monitoring
• Prepare audit documentation and coordinate with external auditors
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and manage month-end closing across multiple entities
• Deliver monthly financial reports, support board reporting and improve finance processes using AI tools

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting or audit
• Strong attention to detail, ownership and daily use of AI tools
• Fluent English; German is a plus
• Swiss work authorisation or EU/EFTA nationality required

Required skills

• Bookkeeping, accounts payable, reconciliations and month-end closing
• Excel and accounting software such as Abacus or equivalent
• Knowledge of Swiss GAAP or the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO)
