Relationship Manager (Business Developer) - EAM

About the role

Mirabaud, a family-owned bank with over 700 employees in 8 countries, is looking for a Relationship Manager (Business Developer) in its Wealth Management business line. Based in Geneva or Zurich, you will join a dynamic team in a rapidly expanding market with a unique offering for External Asset Managers (EAMs).

Key responsibilities

• Create a portfolio of self-acquired clients focused on the External Asset Managers market.
• Monitor the pipeline against individual and team objectives.
• Build trust-based relationships through regular, personalised contact.
• Assess clients' financial situation and objectives, with the support of a Team Head if needed.
• Offer general wealth management services, including integrated solutions tailored to each client's objectives.
• Promote the Bank's products and services with tailor-made investment solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Economics.
• Strong network within the EAM market, in Switzerland and abroad.
• Proven track record of building relationships with prospects.
• Open, sales-oriented, persistent and persuasive, with very good interpersonal skills.
• Natural team player passionate about client service.
