Finance and HR Manager – Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a Finance and HR Manager to lead both financial reporting and human‑resources functions for a fast‑growing international manufacturing company in the Lausanne region. The role combines strategic partnership with day‑to‑day operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with Swiss GAAP.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team to deliver accurate finance processes.
• Partner with group and local management on budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and cost control.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and tax compliance (corporate and payroll).
• Coordinate external audits and maintain strong internal controls.
• Manage and mentor the HR & Payroll specialist, covering the full employee lifecycle and HR policies.
• Support ERP implementation for logistics and sales modules, aligning finance, operations and reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a combined Finance & HR managerial role.
• Proven experience in manufacturing and logistics environments.
• Deep knowledge of local (Vaud) fiscal and employment regulations.

Required skills
