Finance Assistant

About the role

Join Cryptonow’s Finance Team to support daily business operations and help scale the company’s financial processes. Based in Baar, Switzerland, you will work in a hybrid model and collaborate closely with Operations, Compliance, Legal and Technology to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency in a regulated crypto‑fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations
• Process and record incoming and outgoing invoices
• Prepare and execute payment runs
• Handle expense reports and ensure policy compliance
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities
• Assist with audits and provide required documentation

Required profile

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers and financial systems
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast‑growing, regulated crypto environment
• Proactive mindset and passion for contributing to a culture of simplicity, boldness and growth
