Financial Institutions Business Specialist

About the role

The Financial Institutions Business Specialist will lead the development and management of relationships with banks, insurance companies, and fund managers. This role focuses on delivering a full suite of institutional banking services while ensuring compliance and risk control.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with financial institution clients, building a stable cooperative ecosystem.
• Promote and implement services such as institutional lending, deposits, interbank lending, trade finance, bond investment, cross‑border finance, and RMB‑related services.
• Monitor market policies, industry trends, and competitor activities; conduct business analysis and product promotion to meet targets.
• Perform client credit investigations, risk assessments, and post‑approval management while adhering to compliance and risk control requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial institution business within a commercial bank, with strong client networks.
• Deep knowledge of interbank, investment, financing, cross‑border, bills, and bond product operations.
• Proven market development, negotiation, and solution‑planning capabilities.
• Ability to learn and operate internal banking systems quickly.
• Strong work ethic, compliance awareness, and teamwork spirit.
