Florist for Luxury Hotel – Seasonal (Full‑Time)

About the role

Kempinski, a historic 5‑star hotel brand, is seeking a creative Florist to join its housekeeping team for the winter season 2026/2027 in St. Moritz. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality floral arrangements that enhance the guest experience across all hotel areas.

Key responsibilities

• Design and install floral decorations in guest rooms, spa, restaurants, event spaces and public areas.
• Plan and create bespoke floral concepts for special events such as birthdays, gala dinners and New Year’s Eve celebrations.
• Prepare floral displays based on individual guest requests.
• Maintain the health and appearance of cut flowers and potted plants.
• Calculate material consumption, manage ordering, receive deliveries and handle internal inquiries.
• Oversee the overall budget for the floristry department.

Required profile

• Completed professional training as a florist.
• Relevant experience in a comparable hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail and a high awareness of quality standards.
• Organised, structured way of working and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Good command of German and English.
