FP&A and Finance Business Partnering Manager

About the role

Vyntra is seeking an experienced FP&A and Finance Business Partnering Manager to build and lead its financial planning capability. Reporting to the CFO, you will own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for a fast‑growing international fintech business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across revenue, labour, OPEX and cash flow.
• Partner with functional leaders to develop robust financial plans and provide clear performance visibility.
• Analyse the financial impact of operational decisions, challenge assumptions and drive accountability.
• Support strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, partnerships and expansion through financial modelling, scenario analysis and business cases.
• Contribute to board, shareholder and investor reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting, process automation and the use of NetSuite, AI and other technology tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FP&A or finance business partnering within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
