About the role

This freelance position supports a commercial architectural project in its planning and research phase. The designer will create visual concepts and presentation graphics that help communicate the design intent to clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling visual concepts and presentation graphics for a two‑block, five‑storey suite project.
• Create high‑quality renderings, diagrams, and visual assets that illustrate architectural plans.
• Collaborate with the project team to refine and iterate visual materials.
• Deliver presentation‑ready graphics for client and stakeholder meetings.
• Provide final digital files in required formats, ensuring they meet project specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing graphics for architectural or real‑estate projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant visual concepts and presentation graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and architectural visualization tools.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and translate them into engaging visuals.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet remote collaboration deadlines.
