Freelance Recruiter – Global Recruitment Partner

About the role

This fully remote freelance opportunity is designed for experienced recruiters who want to manage their own workload while earning commission-based rewards. You will work on diverse hiring projects across multiple industries, connecting skilled professionals with career opportunities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sourcing process for a variety of vacancies.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, referrals and social media platforms.
• Screen applicants to assess skills, experience, availability and fit with job requirements.
• Conduct initial recruiter interviews and obtain Right to Represent (RTR) authorisation before submission.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining clear communication.
• Submit qualified candidates through the designated recruitment platform and keep accurate candidate records.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with candidates and recruitment stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in one or more sectors such as IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics or Executive Search.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to delivering high‑quality candidate experiences.
