Freelance Recruiter – Remote (Switzerland)

About the role

Join the Hunteed community as a freelance recruiter operating remotely from Switzerland. You will work on independent recruitment missions for a variety of clients across Switzerland and Europe, leveraging the platform to source, qualify, and place top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement your own sourcing strategy for each mission.
• Select, qualify, and present top candidates to clients.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Advise and follow up with clients during candidate evaluation.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience in recruitment.
• Self‑employed or planning to become self‑employed (legal structure in place or to be created).
• Comfortable using digital tools, online platforms, and social networks.
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital recruitment tools and social networking platforms.
