Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist – Swiss Market

About the role

Boost inc is expanding its operator business across Switzerland and needs a proactive freelance talent acquisition specialist. You will own a dynamic pipeline of 10‑15 positions, focusing on frontline talent, technicians, and merchandisers for markets in St. Gallen, Zurich, and Geneva.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for 10‑15 open roles simultaneously.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies beyond standard Boolean searches, including hidden communities and competitive intelligence.
• Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates who fit the Swiss operator market.
• Leverage regional knowledge of DACH and Romandie to ensure cultural and professional alignment.
• Allocate 3‑4 focused days per week to maintain high‑quality pipeline and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Native German speaker with strong French proficiency; English is the company language.
• Self‑motivated hunter who experiments with non‑traditional sourcing methods.
• Comfortable handling a busy pipeline of multiple roles.
• Excellent facilitator who guides hiring teams through the recruitment process.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., community outreach, creative networking).
• Fluency in German, French, and English.
